All-domain sourced zones overlaid against known data. If it is missing from every database we flag it.

MERIDIAN cross-references its own dataset against the major OSINT and government-released datasets we track. Where an area shows military activity in one source but is absent from the others, we flag it as a gap. Gaps get pushed into the intake pipeline and worked. That is how RAVENLOOK grows.
