Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MERIDIAN platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Meridian Spectre ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in Sheridan, Wyoming.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MERIDIAN is a subscription-based geospatial analysis platform providing open-source intelligence data, interactive mapping, facility profiles, equipment databases, and related analytical tools. All data presented on the platform is derived exclusively from publicly available, open sources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@meridianspectre.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

MERIDIAN offers subscription plans billed on a monthly recurring basis. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@meridianspectre.com or legal@meridianspectre.com.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without written permission
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
• Misrepresent MERIDIAN data as classified, government-sourced, or otherwise non-open-source material
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to data compilations, analytical assessments, maps, interface design, graphics, text, and code — is the property of Meridian Spectre or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own analytical purposes.

7. Data and Accuracy

MERIDIAN presents analysis derived from open-source intelligence. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and currency, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Confidence levels and last-verified dates are provided where available. The Service is an analytical tool — not a definitive source of truth. Users should independently verify critical data points.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERIDIAN SPECTRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
